Our products

Every rug we sell is handwoven by artisans. Slight variations in colour, size, knotting and texture are natural characteristics of a handmade piece and are not defects — they are the signature of the hand that made it.

We take great care to display our products accurately, but colours may appear differently across screens.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes where indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred — and will refund any payment in full in such cases.

Shipping & returns

Craft guarantee & liability

We stand behind our craftsmanship with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. This does not cover wear from misuse, accidents or improper care.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
