Order processing

In-stock pieces are inspected, rolled and dispatched within 5 working days of your order being confirmed.

Made-to-order and bespoke commissions are woven especially for you. We will share an estimated completion window at the time of order and keep you updated at each stage.

Shipping within India

We offer complimentary white-glove delivery on all orders above ₹50,000. For orders below this value, a flat contribution towards handling and freight is calculated at checkout.

Typical delivery timelines after dispatch:

• Metro cities — 3 to 6 working days
• Other cities and towns — 5 to 9 working days
• Remote and hill regions — 7 to 12 working days

International shipping

We ship worldwide through insured, trackable courier and freight partners. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and rug weight.

Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country's regulations before ordering.

International delivery usually takes 7 to 21 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Tracking your order

Once your rug is dispatched, we email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey. If you have not received tracking details within 7 working days of your order, please write to sales@mirzapurroyalerugs.com.

Delivery address & delays

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

Occasionally, events beyond our control — weather, customs holds or courier disruptions — may affect delivery times. We will always keep you informed and do everything we can to help.
